Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at TheKurlsAge@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be issued to the original payment method once reviewed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
